EU Pillar Assessments
We are currently offering a FREE of charge planning workshop for any organisation facing a Pillar Assessment. Whilst it is inconceivable that the EU will delay funding for humanitarian efforts if we can help expedite the process to a successful assessment we will.
International Organisations (IOs) and International Financial Institutions (IFIs) have privileges and immunities that mean they are not subject to national legislation such as GDPR.

The EU however, requires that all organisations that receive EU grants or loans demonstrate a robust data protection framework that is at least equivalent to GDPR. This is known as the Pillar 9 Data protection Assessment.

The IO or IFI will be audited by an EU approved auditor (such as EY or Deloitte) and have their data protection framework assessed including but not limited to
