In addition as an external consultancy we can help you navigate the challenges that come with internal politics.

NO SURPRISES
Our work is delivered to a mutually agreed timetable. We can work on a daily rate basis or a fixed price if appropriate to the requirement. We do our best to predict the amount of time needed to carry out the assignment and if for any reason this needs to change we only proceed following your agreement and sign off. We promise your invoice will have no surprises!
